Tronic MultiPlug 13A Square Pin to Universal Conversion
TSh 1,500
Our review
The Tronic MultiPlug is a plug adapter that takes a 13-amp square-pin socket and turns it into a universal outlet, so plugs of other shapes can fit without changing the wall socket. It suits renters, travellers, and anyone with a mix of appliances whose plugs do not match the sockets already installed. Before buying, check the plug type on your device, confirm the socket you are adapting from is the 13A square-pin type, and think about the total load you will draw, since an adapter does not increase what the circuit can safely carry. Compare with single-purpose adapters and fused multi-socket extensions, which may suit heavier or multiple devices better. Available on Sokonia.
