The 20mm maximum drilling capacity and 70mm column diameter put it in the mid-size class, and the 290mm by 290mm table with a 460mm by 270mm base gives you reasonable work support. At 67kg net weight and 1600mm machine height, it is a substantial piece of equipment rather than a benchtop unit, so plan floor space and a stable footing before it arrives. It suits a workshop that regularly drills accurate holes in metal, hardwood or thick stock and wants speed changes without swapping belts constantly. Before buying, check the spindle taper and chuck size if you plan to use large bits, confirm the table has the tilting or height adjustment you need, and compare the speed range against the materials you work with most.
