Ingco Bench Vice 4″ HBV084 with Swivel Base and Anvil
TSh 164,000
Our review
This is a 4-inch bench vice from Ingco, the HBV084, built around a swivel base so you can rotate the jaws to face the work rather than reaching around it. The clamping force is rated at up to 1300kg, which puts it in the range of serious holding work: sawing, filing, tapping, and light bending. At 6.7kg it is heavy enough to feel stable on a bench but still manageable to mount and reposition. The cast anvil area at the rear is useful for light shaping and tapping jobs. It suits home workshops, garages, and small fabrication setups where a fixed vice would be awkward. Before buying, check your bench top thickness and overhang, since a vice of this weight needs solid mounting and clearance underneath for the swivel mechanism. Compare jaw width and clamping force against other 4-inch vices; some cheaper models skip the swivel base or the anvil. It arrives packed in a carton box and is available on Sokonia.
