Tronic Floor Switch Socket 1G 13A with 2 RJ45 Data Ports

Our review

This is a single gang floor socket from Tronic that combines one 13A power outlet with two RJ45 data ports in the same fitting. The face is polished stainless steel with soft edges, and a cover drops over the openings to keep dust and other contaminants out when nothing is plugged in. It suits anyone planning power and network points in the same floor location, such as a home office desk, a living room media corner, or a meeting table where laptops and screens both need connecting. Before buying, check the depth and cutout your floor box or conduit allows, confirm your wiring can bring both mains and data cable to that point, and decide whether one power outlet is enough or you need a multi-gang version. Compare it with plain floor sockets that carry power only, and with wall-mounted data plates, since the value here is having both connections in one flush fitting. Available on Sokonia.
