Tefal Ingenio Pizza Cutter with Detachable Steel Blade, K2071114

Our review

This is a Tefal Ingenio pizza cutter, model K2071114, built around a steel blade that detaches from the handle. Tefal describes the blade as durable tritan, and the detachable design is the main practical point: a cutter that comes apart is far easier to clean than a fixed one, especially after cutting through cheese-topped pizza. A silicone safety ring is part of the build, which matters if the cutter lives loose in a drawer. At 29.8 by 13.2 centimetres and 0.08 kilograms, it is a light, fairly long tool, so check that the length suits your drawer or hanging space. It suits home cooks who cut pizza or flatbread regularly and want something sturdier than a basic wheel cutter, and it pairs naturally with other Ingenio accessories. Before buying, compare it with a plain stainless wheel cutter: those are often cheaper and simpler, but usually not detachable, so cleaning takes more effort. Also weigh a rocker-style cutter, which some people prefer for thick crusts. Since no specifications are listed beyond the summary, confirm the blade and handle details on the Sokonia listing.
