National Professional Cutting Board Set by Generic

Our review

This is a cutting board set sold under the National Professional name, listed with a generic brand rather than a named manufacturer. That matters when you are comparing it with board sets from established kitchen brands, because the brand is usually what tells you about the material, thickness and how the boards were finished. Since no specifications are given here, treat the listing itself as the starting point and check the details on Sokonia before you commit. A set like this generally suits someone who wants more than one board so they can separate raw meat, vegetables and bread instead of wiping a single board between tasks. Before buying, look at what the boards are made of, whether they are wood, bamboo or plastic, how thick they are, and whether they have a juice groove or non-slip feet. Compare the number and sizes of boards in the set against how you actually cook, and check whether the boards are dishwasher safe if that matters to you. If you mostly prepare small meals, a large set may take up more cupboard space than it is worth.
