Nadstar 5-Piece Knife Set with Scissors, Red Heart Design

Our review

This Nadstar set bundles five knives with a pair of scissors, finished in red with a heart-shaped design on the handles. It is the kind of kit that suits someone setting up a first kitchen, a student moving into a hostel, or a household that wants a spare set for light everyday cutting rather than heavy butchery. Because the listing gives no blade material, handle material, or dimensions, ask the seller on Sokonia about steel type, whether the blades are stamped or forged, and how the handles are fixed, since these decide how well a knife holds an edge and how it feels in the hand. Compare it with similar five-piece sets that name their steel and include a block or sharpener, and check whether the scissors are kitchen shears or general-purpose. Hand wash and dry promptly to protect the finish.
