CKE HGC-03C Commercial Candy Floss Machine with Cart, Dual Power

Our review
The CKE HGC-03C is a commercial candy floss machine built around a 73cm stainless steel bowl and a cart, aimed at vendors who move between sites rather than work from a fixed counter. Its defining trait is the dual-power arrangement: gas handles the high-intensity heating while electricity drives the spinning mechanism, so the two jobs are separated rather than drawn from one source. That suits event caterers, market traders and anyone selling where a reliable mains supply for heat is uncertain. Before buying, think through how you will carry and refuel gas safely, whether your pitch has power for the spinner, and how the bowl size fits your expected throughput. Compare it with single-power machines on running cost and setup effort, and check the cart suits the ground you work on.
