Apex Power Hand Blender and Beater with High Speed Operation

Our review
The Apex Power Hand Blender and Beater is a two-in-one kitchen tool from Apex, built around high speed operation. It handles blending, mixing and beating, so it can cover everyday tasks like soups, batters and whipped mixtures without switching between separate appliances. It also includes a finger exercise feature, which is unusual for this category and may appeal to anyone who wants to keep their hands active while cooking. It suits small households, students and anyone short on counter space who wants one tool instead of several. Before buying, check the wattage, number of speed settings, attachments included and cord length, since none of these are listed here. Compare it with stick blenders that offer variable speeds or extra accessories, and with hand mixers if you mainly beat rather than blend. The finger exercise element is a nice extra, but treat the blending performance as the main reason to choose it. Available on Sokonia.
