Westpoint WMS2321.M Microwave Oven, 23L Manual Control

Our review

The Westpoint WMS2321.M is a 23-litre microwave oven rated at 800W, controlled by dials rather than a digital panel, and it includes a defrost function. That combination points to a straightforward appliance for someone who wants to reheat plates, warm leftovers and defrost meat without working through menus. The manual controls are worth thinking about carefully: they are quick to learn and hard to break, but they give you less precision than a keypad, so timing depends on you. The 23-litre capacity sits in the middle of what is common, larger than the smallest compact ovens and smaller than family-size models, so measure your counter or shelf space and check the turntable will fit what you normally heat. Before buying, compare it with digital microwaves at similar capacity if you want exact timings, and with lower-wattage models if speed matters less to you. It is available on Sokonia.
