Tronic Universal Extension Socket 5 Way, White

Our review

This is a five-way universal extension socket from Tronic, finished in white and made from plastic. It arrives assembled, and the listing carries a one-year warranty. Because it is a universal socket, the outlets are shaped to take a range of plug types rather than a single national standard, which is the main reason buyers pick this style over a plain multi-socket strip. It suits someone who needs to run several devices from one wall point, or who owns appliances with mixed plug shapes. Before ordering, check the amp and voltage figures on the unit against the appliances you plan to connect, and add up their wattage so you stay within what the socket is rated for. Also confirm the cable length and whether you need surge protection, since those are the usual differences between models of this kind. Compare the number of outlets, the plug shapes accepted, and the warranty period across similar sockets before deciding. The item is available on Sokonia.
