Tronic Rope Hanging Lamp, Brown Sisal Pendant with E27 Base, 1.5m

Our review

This is a hanging pendant light from Tronic, made from brown sisal rope and supplied as a 1.5-metre length with an E27 base. The ceiling fitting is included, so you get the ceiling cap, screw and nut with it. It suits anyone building a rustic or relaxed look in a dining area, bar corner, veranda or cafe-style room, and it works well over a table or as a single feature drop. Before buying, check the ceiling height and where your existing wiring sits, since the 1.5-metre length decides how low it can hang. You will also need an E27 bulb, which is not listed here, and a suitable ceiling hook or fixing point. Compare it with plain fabric or metal pendants: rope brings texture and warmth, but it is harder to wipe clean and shows dust, so think about the room. Also weigh up a single pendant against a cluster if you want to fill a wider space.
