Tronic Glossy White 2 Gang Data Socket

Our review

This is a two-gang data socket finished in glossy white, made by Tronic. It is designed with a slim profile, smooth edges and a shiny surface, so it suits rooms and offices where fittings are meant to look neat and modern rather than purely functional. It is aimed at anyone wiring a network or telephone point into a wall, whether for a home study, a small office or a rental property being tidied up.
Before buying, confirm the number of ports you actually need and whether the cable you plan to terminate is Ethernet or telephone, since the two look similar and are easy to mix up. Also check the back box and mounting arrangement you already have, because no specifications are listed here. Compare it with other two-gang sockets on finish, port type and how the module fits, and decide whether glossy white matches your existing plates. It is available on Sokonia.
