Our review
The Tronic Gland 24 Amps M686-Y is a cable gland from Tronic, identified by its 24 amp rating and M686-Y model number. A gland of this kind is used where a cable passes into an enclosure, so it suits people working on electrical installations, panel work or equipment wiring who need a defined entry point rather than a loose cable run. Before buying, confirm the thread type and size your enclosure needs, and check the cable diameter range the gland accepts, since these details are not listed here. Compare with other glands by material, ingress protection and whether they suit the cable type you are using. The listing is available on Sokonia.
