Tronic G9 LED 2.5W Capsule Bulb, Warm White
TSh 12,000
Our review
This is a small G9 capsule lamp from Tronic, rated at 2.5W and described as warm white. Its size and low wattage make it a sensible pick for fittings where a full-size bulb will not fit, such as accent lights, cabinet or display lighting, cooker hoods, and decorative fixtures that take G9 pins. It suits anyone replacing a burnt-out capsule who wants a warmer, softer tone rather than a stark white one. Before ordering, check your fitting's cap type is genuinely G9 and confirm the maximum wattage your fixture allows, since LED capsules run cooler than halogen but the holder still sets the limit. Also think about how many you need, as these lamps are often used in pairs or rows. Compared with higher-wattage G9 LEDs, this one trades brightness for lower energy draw, so if you need strong task light, look at a brighter equivalent instead. Available on Sokonia.
