Tronic Downlighter LED 12W Recessed Ceiling Light

Our review

This is a recessed ceiling downlight from Tronic, rated at 12 watts and built around an LED source. The optical lens has a pearly finish, which the maker says produces gentle, non-glare light rather than a harsh spot, and the spring clips are described as helping with heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. That combination points to a fitting meant for everyday ambient lighting in homes, corridors, small shops or offices where you want a clean flush ceiling look without glare bouncing off walls or screens.
Before buying, check the cut-out diameter your ceiling already has, since recessed downlights only fit if the hole matches, and confirm whether your wiring is suitable for a 12W LED load. Compare it with other recessed LED downlights by looking at beam angle, colour temperature and dimming support, none of which are stated here, so ask the seller on Sokonia if those matter to you. Also weigh fixed versus adjustable heads if you need to aim light at a wall.
