This is a curved bulkhead wall light from Tronic, finished in dark grey and built around an aluminium body. It takes a standard E27 lamp and runs on AC 220-240V, which is the usual mains supply in Tanzania, so it fits a normal household circuit without a transformer. The IP65 rating means it is sealed against water and dust, which is the main reason to consider a bulkhead over an open decorative fitting: it can sit on an exposed wall, under an eave, beside a gate or on a veranda where rain and grit would otherwise get in.
It suits someone who wants practical wall lighting rather than a statement piece, and who is happy to choose their own bulb. Because the E27 base is not fixed to a particular lamp, you decide the brightness and colour temperature yourself, and you can swap in an LED when you want lower running costs. Before buying, check the wall can take the fitting's footprint and that a cable route exists to the position, since a bulkhead is usually wired in rather than plugged in. Also confirm the lamp you intend to use is rated for damp or outdoor positions if the fitting will be fully exposed.
