This is a low-wattage LED bulb from Tronic that produces red light rather than white, and it fits a B22 pin cap, the push-in type common in many Tanzanian fittings. At 2 watts it draws very little power, so it suits accent, decorative or indicator-style uses where you want a coloured glow rather than room lighting. It is not the bulb for reading or general illumination. Before buying, confirm your socket is B22 pin and not bayonet-style screw, and check the fitting can take a small bulb. Compared with incandescent or fluorescent options, LED technology here uses at least 75% less energy and lasts considerably longer, which reduces both running and replacement costs over time.
