This is a 20cm aluminium frypan from Tefal's Unlimited range, sold under model G2550243. Its headline claim is a nonstick coating Tefal describes as its best anti-scratch option, based on internal abrasion testing against its other nonstick coatings, and the pan carries a heat indicator plus PFOA-safe and dishwasher-safe labelling. It works on induction. A 20cm pan is the small end of useful sizes: right for one or two eggs, a single omelette, reheating a portion, or a small sauce base. If you regularly cook for four, a 24cm or 28cm pan will serve you better, so measure your hob ring and think about typical portion sizes before choosing. Compare against other induction-compatible nonstick pans on coating durability, base flatness, weight in the hand, and whether the handle stays comfortable. Nonstick coatings reward care: avoid metal utensils and high heat, and hand washing tends to keep the surface in better condition than repeated dishwasher cycles, even when a pan is labelled dishwasher safe.
