Tefal Total Wokpan 28cm Non-Stick Aluminium with Thermo-Signal
TSh 70,000
Our review
This is a 28cm wok-shaped pan from Tefal, made of aluminium with a titanium-infused non-stick coating and a thermo-signal heat indicator built into the surface. The coating is stated as free from PFOA, lead and cadmium. It suits anyone who stir-fries, tosses noodles or cooks quick high-heat dishes and wants easy release without much oil. The wok shape matters: deeper sides hold more food and let you toss without spilling, but a 28cm wok still needs decent hob space. Before buying, check that your hob is induction or gas, since those are the listed compatible surfaces, and confirm the pan's weight and handle feel suit you, as aluminium woks can be light but the handle shape affects tossing comfort. Compare with a flat frying pan of similar size if you mostly sear, and with a carbon steel wok if you want higher-heat charring. The heat indicator is the practical detail here, helping you avoid underheated or scorched oil. Available on Sokonia.
