Nadstar Sunplast Cake Decorator 6-Piece Icing Set with Star Nozzle SC259

Our review

This is a six-piece plastic icing set from Nadstar, listed as the Sunplast Cake Decorator with a star nozzle and the model code SC259. It is aimed at home bakers who want to pipe basic borders, rosettes and simple star shapes without investing in a full professional kit. The handles and heads are plastic and described as BPA free, which matters if you are piping directly onto cakes or cupcakes that will be eaten. Because the set is plastic rather than stainless steel, it suits lighter icings such as buttercream and royal icing rather than very stiff doughs. Before buying, check which nozzle shapes are included, since the listing highlights a star head but the exact mix across the six pieces is not spelled out. Compare with metal sets if you pipe often, and with larger tip counts if you need variety. Available on Sokonia.
