This is a 100mm twist wire cup brush from Ingco, model WB21002, built to mount on an angle grinder via its M10 x 1.5 threaded nut. The wire is 0.5mm thick and 30mm long, and the cup is rated to a maximum speed of 8500 RPM. It is aimed at people doing metal preparation: roughening surfaces, descaling rust, stripping paint and cleaning weld seams on steel and cast steel. Before buying, check that your grinder's spindle thread matches M10 x 1.5 and that its no-load speed does not exceed the brush's 8500 RPM rating, since overspeeding a wire brush is a real safety risk. Also confirm your grinder accepts a 100mm cup. Compared with knotted wire wheels, a twist cup like this tends to be a middle option: more aggressive than a crimped cup for heavy rust, but less brutal than a full knotted wheel, so it suits general descaling and weld cleanup rather than deep mill scale removal.
