This is a single 27mm socket from Ingco, built for 1/2-inch drive tools. The six-point shape grips flat sides of a nut rather than corners, which matters on larger fasteners that are tight or slightly worn. Heat treatment and black nickel plating are the two finishes Ingco lists, both aimed at everyday workshop use rather than occasional DIY.
It suits someone who already owns a 1/2-inch ratchet, breaker bar or impact wrench and needs this one size, often for suspension, hub or machinery work. Before buying, confirm your drive size is 1/2 inch and that 27mm is the correct measurement, since a 1-1/16 inch socket is close but not the same. Also check whether your tool is impact-rated, as this socket is not described as such.
