This is a corded sliding compound mitre saw from Ingco, built around an 1800W motor that spins a 254mm blade at 4500rpm. The dual parallel sliding rails give the saw body a 235mm travel range, which is what lets it cross-cut wider stock than a fixed-head mitre saw of the same blade size. Mitre adjustment covers 0 to 45 degrees left and right, while bevel cuts go up to 45 degrees to the left only, so angled cuts in one direction need the workpiece flipped or fed from the other side. At 90 degrees the stated maximum cutting capacity is 90mm by 305mm. It suits carpenters, roofers and workshop users cutting skirting, trims, studs and framing timber, and it is a reasonable step up from a basic non-sliding saw if you regularly handle wider boards. Before buying, confirm the blade bore and diameter match locally available replacements, since the 254mm blade with a 16mm bore is not the most common combination everywhere, and check that the arbor and guards suit the material you plan to cut.
