Ingco Leather Hole Punch HLHP01 with Six Hole Sizes
TSh 25,000
Our review
The Ingco HLHP01 is a hand-held punch for making clean holes in leather, belts, straps, canvas and similar materials. Its six punch sizes, from 2.5mm up to 5mm, cover the common range for belt buckles, bag straps, shoe repairs and craft work, so one tool handles jobs that would otherwise need several fixed-size punches. The auto-release feature is the detail worth noting: after squeezing, the punch springs back on its own, which saves time when you are making many holes and reduces hand fatigue. The ergonomic handle matters for the same reason, since punching thick leather takes real force. Before buying, think about the material you work with most. This is a manual punch, so very thick or hard leather may need more effort than a drill-mounted or press-style tool. Check the hole sizes against the hardware you use, such as buckle prongs or rivets, because a 0.5mm difference can affect fit. Compare it with revolving punches that hold several sizes in one head, and with single-size drive punches. The HLHP01 sits in the middle: more sizes than a single punch, simpler than a revolving one.
