Our review

This is a three-phase MMA (stick) welding machine built around IGBT inverter technology, sold under Ingco's model number ING-MMA5008. Its headline figure is a 500A maximum output, adjustable from as low as 20A, with a duty cycle of 500A at 60 percent. It accepts electrodes from 2.5mm up to 5.0mm and has a no-load voltage of 75V. Input is 380-400V, three-phase, at 50/60Hz.
Because it needs three-phase power, this welder suits workshops, fabrication yards and sites with a proper three-phase supply rather than a home garage on single-phase mains. The wide current range means it can handle light work at low amperage and heavier joints at the top end, though the 60 percent duty cycle at full output is worth understanding: it is not a machine for continuous welding at 500A all day.
Before buying, confirm your power supply is genuinely three-phase and can carry the load, and check that your electrode sizes and job thickness match the 2.5-5.0mm range.
