This is a three-phase, IGBT inverter stick welder from Ingco, rated for 380-400V input at 50/60Hz. Output spans 20 to 400A with a 60% duty cycle at 400A and a 68V no-load voltage, so it can run electrodes from 1.6mm up to 6.0mm. That range suits fabrication and repair work on thicker steel, plus general workshop use where a three-phase supply is already available. Before buying, confirm your premises actually has three-phase power, since a single-phase supply will not run it. Also note that no accessories are included and it ships in a carton box, so budget for an electrode holder, earth clamp, cables and a helmet separately. Compared with smaller single-phase inverter welders, this unit offers more top-end current and longer sustained runs, but it is not portable-friendly for site work without the right power. Check your breaker and cable sizing can handle the draw, and think about whether 60% duty at full output matches your typical welding rhythm.
