This is a 150mm flap disc from Ingco, model FD1502, with a 22mm bore and a P60 grit. Flap discs of this size are normally run on large angle grinders, so the first thing to confirm is that your machine takes a 150mm disc and has a 22mm spindle, since smaller grinders usually take 115mm or 125mm discs. The P60 grade is a coarser, faster-cutting grit, which makes it a reasonable starting point for blending welds, knocking off mill scale or rust, and general grinding on steel, cast iron and sheet steel. Because the abrasive is layered, a flap disc tends to run cooler and leave a more even finish than a solid grinding wheel, though it wears down faster on heavy stock removal. Before buying, compare grit choice, disc diameter and backing material against what your job needs, and check the maximum speed marked on any disc against your grinder's rating. If you mostly do light deburring, a finer grit may serve you better; for heavier weld cleanup, this coarser option is the more practical pick. It is available on Sokonia.
