Ingco 405mm Diamond Disc for Asphalt Cutting, Laser Welded Rim, DMD064051
TSh 621,000
Our review
This is a 405mm diamond blade from Ingco, made specifically for cutting asphalt rather than general masonry. The laser welded rim and 10mm blade width point to a blade designed to hold up under the abrasive, gritty nature of asphalt, where softer or brazed blades tend to wear quickly. It fits tools that take a 25.4mm bore, and Ingco lists it as suitable for its GSF16-1, GSF16-2 and GSF16-2E cutters, so if you already run one of those machines the pairing is straightforward. Before buying, confirm your saw's arbor size and that it can safely mount a 405mm blade, since this is a large disc intended for walk-behind or floor saws, not small angle grinders. Compare it with other asphalt-specific blades by checking the welding method, rim type and bore size rather than price alone, because a blade that glazes or loses segments early costs more in downtime than it saves. If your work is mostly concrete or general masonry, a blade rated for those materials will usually last longer. This one is available on Sokonia.
