This is a cup-shaped wire brush from Ingco, sized at 75mm across, with wire strands measuring 0.3mm in diameter and an M14x2 threaded nut at its centre. That thread is the standard spindle size on most angle grinders, so the brush spins straight onto the machine without an adapter. The finer 0.3mm wire makes it better suited to lighter work such as removing surface rust, flaking paint, mill scale or weld discolouration than to heavy descaling, where a coarser knotted brush usually holds up longer.
