This is a dedicated internal circlip plier from Ingco, sized at 7 inches or 180mm, with a bent head and a tip diameter of 1.8mm. It is built from carbon steel and arrives on a PP hanger. Because it is an internal pattern, it is meant for spreading rings that sit inside a bore, such as those found in housings, hubs and some power tool assemblies, rather than for squeezing external rings on shafts. The bent head helps you reach recessed rings and work at an angle where a straight plier would be awkward.
Before buying, confirm two things: that your ring is an internal type, and that its lug holes are large enough for 1.8mm tips. Tips that are too thick will not seat, and tips that are too thin can slip and damage the ring or your knuckles. Also check the 180mm length suits your access; longer pliers give more leverage but need more clearance.
