Esse Hyphen Type C to Type C Fast Charging Cable 100W 1m HCB-C1100W1796

Our review

This is a one-metre Type C to Type C cable from Esse, sold under the Hyphen name and rated for up to 100W fast charging. Because both ends are USB-C, it suits phones, tablets and laptops that charge over Type C, and it is the kind of cable you would pair with a high-wattage charger rather than an older USB-A brick. The double nylon braid and aluminum shell are there to survive daily coiling and bag life. Before buying, confirm your charger and device both support the wattage you expect, since the cable alone does not set charging speed. Compare braided versus rubber cables on flexibility, and check the length suits your desk or bedside.
