Hisense 36000BTU Floor Standing Inverter Air Conditioner AUF-36HR4SCPA

Our review

This Hisense unit is a floor-standing air conditioner with a 36000BTU inverter system that handles both cooling and heating. Because it sits on the floor rather than hanging on a wall, it tends to suit large living rooms, open-plan areas, halls, or commercial rooms where a wall mount is awkward or the ceiling is too high for a standard split. The inverter setup is worth noting if you expect long running hours, since inverter compressors usually vary their speed instead of switching on and off constantly. Before buying, think about the room's size and heat load, whether you have a suitable floor position with clearance for airflow, and whether your power supply can carry a unit of this capacity. Compare it with wall-mounted splits of similar capacity and with other floor-standing models, and check what installation and pipework will involve in your space. It is available on Sokonia.
