This Decakila unit is a large-capacity electric water boiler built for places where hot water is needed in volume rather than by the cup. At 20 litres and 2500W, it suits tea and coffee stations, small cafés, offices, salons, clinics and larger households that would otherwise boil kettle after kettle. The double-layer body is aimed at holding heat in, and the adjustable thermostat covers settings from 30°C up to 110°C, with continuous boiling at 100°C for keeping water at a rolling boil. A water level indicator lets you see how full it is without opening the lid, and the boil-dry function is there to cut heating when water runs low. Before buying, think about your power supply, since 2500W draws a heavy load, and check whether the 220-240V 50-60Hz rating matches your mains. Compare against urn-style boilers and smaller catering kettles: the trade-off is capacity and insulation against a longer initial heat-up and more counter space. Also decide whether you need the full 20 litres or a smaller tank would heat faster for light daily use.
