Ingco 1800W Mitre Saw, 255mm Blade, 5500rpm (BMS18001)

Our review

This is a corded mitre saw built around a 255mm blade and a 30mm bore, driven by an 1800W motor at 5500rpm. It handles mitre cuts from 0 to 45 degrees on both the left and right, and bevel cuts up to 45 degrees to the left, so it covers the common crosscut and angle work in trim, framing and general carpentry. The stated capacities are 140x70mm at 0/0, 95x70mm at 45/0, 140x35mm at 0/45 and 95x35mm at 45/45, which tells you how much depth and width remain once you start tilting or swinging the head. Before buying, check the blade bore and diameter match what you plan to fit, confirm the voltage suits your supply, and think about the maximum timber you actually cut. Compare against sliding mitre saws if you need to cross wider boards, and against smaller 210mm models if portability matters more than capacity.
