Ingco AKD5055 Wood Drill Bit Set, 5 Pieces

Our review

This Ingco set gives you five wood drill bits in one pack, with diameters and lengths of 5x85, 6x100, 6.5x120, 8x120 and 10x120 millimetres. That spread covers common jobs such as pilot holes for screws, dowel work and clearing holes for cable or fixings in softwood and similar timber. It suits a home woodworker or tradesperson who wants a small, tidy range of sizes rather than hunting for bits one at a time. Before buying, check your drill chuck accepts the shank size and that your project's hole diameters fall within this range. Compare against sets with more pieces or brad-point tips if you need cleaner entry holes or sizes beyond 10mm.
