Westpoint Hood Cooker 60cm 176W Inox WEQ6517.PMI

Our review

This Westpoint hood is a 60 by 60 cm chimney-style cooker hood with a 176W motor rated at 450 cubic metres per hour, finished in white and inox. That airflow figure suits a small to medium kitchen where you mainly need to clear steam, smoke and cooking smells from a hob directly beneath it. The two chimney sections are 400 mm each, so measure your ceiling height and the gap above your cooker before committing, and confirm whether the ducting runs to an outside wall or roof. Compare it with other 60cm hoods on motor power, filter type and noise, since those decide day-to-day comfort more than looks. Available on Sokonia.
