Tronic LED Bulb 5W Daylight E27 Screw Base

Our review

This is a Tronic LED bulb rated at 5 watts, with a daylight colour and an E27 screw base. It is the kind of bulb you would fit in a bedside lamp, a hallway fixture, a small kitchen light or any socket where you want steady everyday light without drawing much power. Because it uses at least 75% less energy than an incandescent bulb of similar output, it suits anyone trying to trim running costs in a home or small shop. Before buying, check that your fitting takes an E27 screw cap rather than a bayonet, and think about whether 5W gives enough brightness for the room. Compare it with higher-wattage LEDs if you need more light, or with fluorescent bulbs, which this one is said to outlast by roughly two to five times. Available on Sokonia.
