Ingco DP133505 13mm Bench Drill Press, 350W, 5 Speeds

Our review
This is a benchtop drill press from Ingco, built around a 350W motor running on 220-240V at 50Hz. It takes bits up to 13mm and gives you five spindle speed settings spanning 580 to 2650rpm, so you can slow down for larger holes in metal and speed up for smaller bits in wood. The quill travels 50mm, the column measures 46mm across, and the working table is 160mm by 160mm and adjustable, sitting on a 291mm by 183mm base. At 19kg net, it is heavy enough to stay put on a bench but still movable.
It suits a home workshop or small trade setup where holes need to be square and repeatable rather than freehand. Think furniture joints, brackets, hinges, and light metalwork. Before buying, check the chuck accepts the shank sizes of bits you already own, confirm your bench can take the footprint and weight, and decide whether 50mm of quill travel covers your deepest cuts, since that limit is fixed. Compare against similarly sized 13mm presses on speed range, table adjustment and weight; a wider rpm spread helps when you switch between timber and steel.
