Tronic EM KW08 Digital Power Meter Plug with Energy and Cost Monitoring
TSh 40,000
Our review
The Tronic EM KW08 is a plug-in meter that sits between a wall socket and an appliance, showing what that appliance actually draws. Its LCD reports real-time power, voltage, frequency and cumulative kWh, plus running cost, so you can watch consumption as it happens rather than guessing from a monthly bill. It suits renters, small offices and anyone trying to identify which fridge, heater, pump or charger is quietly expensive. Before buying, check the plug type and the current rating of the appliances you plan to test, since a meter of this kind is only useful within its rated load. Compare it with basic energy monitors that show watts only; this one adds cost and cumulative tracking, which matters if your goal is budgeting rather than curiosity. Also weigh whether you want a single-socket unit like this or a whole-home monitor, and whether you need logging over days or just spot checks. Available on Sokonia.
