Ingco Combination Spanner Set HKSPA1142, 12 Pieces, 6-24mm
TSh 82,000
Our review
This is a 12-piece combination spanner set from Ingco, supplied in a canvas bag. Each spanner has an open end and a ring end, so one tool covers both quick turning and a firmer hold on a nut or bolt. The sizes run from 6mm to 24mm, with 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 22 and 24mm included, and the finish is described as fine polished. That spread suits general repair and assembly work around a home, workshop or vehicle, and the mid sizes are the ones most jobs actually call for. Before buying, check the fasteners you work on most: if you regularly meet sizes outside this range, or need a long pattern for recessed bolts, a different set may serve you better. Also think about whether you prefer a roll, rack or bag for storage, since loose spanners are easy to misplace. Compare the size list and the material and finish claims of other sets rather than the piece count alone, because a set with more pieces is not automatically more useful. Available on Sokonia.
