Ingco Dry Diamond Disc 9″ DMD012302M, 230mm with 22.2mm Bore

Our review

This is a 230mm dry diamond disc from Ingco, listed as model DMD012302M. The 230mm diameter and 22.2mm bore are the standard fit for large angle grinders, so it is aimed at tradespeople and serious DIY users cutting masonry, concrete, tile or similar hard materials where a dry-cutting blade is appropriate. The blade width is given as 7.5mm, which is worth noting if you are comparing it with thinner discs that remove less material but flex more. The discs come five to a metal box, though the unit price covers a single piece, so decide whether you want one spare or a full box. Before buying, confirm your grinder's spindle thread and guard clearance suit a 230mm disc, check the maximum RPM marked on your machine against the disc, and think about whether your job calls for dry or wet cutting. Compare abrasive discs on lifespan and cut speed, and check the bore size matches before ordering. It is available on Sokonia.
