Tronic LED Bulb 7W B22 Pin, 220-240V Daylight

Our review

This is a 7-watt LED bulb from Tronic with a B22 pin base, the bayonet fitting common in many Tanzanian homes. It runs on 220-240V AC and gives a bright daylight tone, so it suits rooms where you want clear, white light rather than a warm yellow glow. At 125 x 60mm it is compact enough for most standard fittings, including table lamps, ceiling holders and wall brackets. Before buying, confirm your socket is B22 pin and not screw-in, since the two are not interchangeable. Also think about brightness: 7W is modest, fine for a bedroom, corridor or task light, but a larger living area may need more than one. Compared with older incandescent bulbs, it draws less power for similar output, which matters if a light stays on for hours. Check the colour temperature suits the room, and buy the quantity you actually need rather than guessing.
