This Tronic string light runs five metres and carries ten E27 screw holders, so you supply the bulbs yourself rather than getting fixed LEDs. That suits anyone who wants to control brightness, colour temperature or wattage, or who already has spare E27 bulbs at home. It is a reasonable pick for a balcony, garden seating area, gazebo or a room where you want a warmer, more personal feel than a single ceiling fitting. Before buying, check the total wattage your chosen bulbs will draw against whatever socket or adapter you plan to use, and think about whether the cable is long enough to reach your power point. Compare it with sealed LED string lights: those are simpler and often cheaper to run, but you cannot swap a failed bulb or change the mood.
