This is a four-foot LED batten-style fitting from Tronic, rated at 36 watts and built around a prismatic louver over the light source. The housing is polycarbonate, made with a double-colour extrusion process, and the fitting is described as waterproof with an efficacy of 80 lumens per watt. That combination points to a fixture meant for places where a bare tube would be a poor fit: covered walkways, workshops, storage rooms, wash areas, and other spots that see damp or dust. The louver matters because it shields the LEDs and spreads light more evenly than an exposed strip, which reduces glare at eye level. Before buying, check the length you actually need against the four-foot size, confirm the mounting method suits your ceiling or wall, and think about whether 36W of output is enough for the area you are lighting.
